Common failures of Pendulum Impact Tester
Pendulum Impact Tester can accurately measure the impact resistance of plastic, film, paper, composite film, metal foil and other materials. The equipment adopts electronic test, which is highly automated and equipped with professional software. The test data can be curve analysis, data storage, comparison and so on.
Common faults: the sensitivity of the dial pointer is poor, after unloading, there is a halfway stop phenomenon, or the zero position often changes. There are many reasons for this phenomenon.
1. The pulley on the gear rod and its track are too dusty and corroded. At this time, it needs to be unloaded and cleaned, and a little clock oil is added.
2. Pointer rotation shaft dirty, should be cleaned.
3. There is contact between the pressing sheet of the gear rod and the gear rod, which should be adjusted and loosened.
4. Buffer oil return should be adjusted or cleaned.
5. The belt on the force measuring piston falls off or is too loose (so that the piston can not run uniformly).
6. When the friction force of the force measuring piston increases or gets stuck in the cylinder, the chromium oxide abrasive paste is used to grind the piston until it is normal.
