Creeping Ratio Tester? Creeping Ratio Tester is used to determine the creep ratio of thermoplastic pipes for thermoplastic pipes with a circular cross section. It is used to measure large-diameter plastic buried pipe and simulate a test instrument for the case where the ring stiffness decays with time in the case of long-term deep burial.
The long-term ring stiffness of the pipe can be calculated from the creep ratio. It meets the requirements of GB/T18042 "Testing methods for creep ratio of thermoplastic pipes" and GB/T9647 "Determination of ring stiffness of thermoplastic pipes".
Creeping Ratio Tester can perform three types of tests: creep ratio, ring stiffness on-line, and ring stiffness off-line. With overload, over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection functions, PC control software provides functions such as test curve drawing, test process control, test report printing, etc. The loading mode adopts numerical control static loading, which can realize continuous loading and high loading accuracy. The transmission part adopts a full set of imported all-digital AC servo system, and the force value detection part adopts the piecewise linear correction method to ensure the high precision and high stability performance of the machine. The instrument can complete the test standard operation at one time, which reduces the difficulty of training the tester. The untested tester can easily complete the test method test test.
