Design and Application of PE100 Material Pipeline in Trenchless Technology - Standard and PE100 + Online Guide

In the water supply, gas and pressure drainage and other pressure pipeline laying, repair and replacement works, PE100 material pipeline is the most widely used a material. Has been developed PE100RC materials and coatings and other special grade pipeline to apply to the construction of trenchless engineering applications. Although PE100 material pipe can be applied to a variety of different trenchless construction technology, but according to the actual situation to choose the appropriate construction method is very important.
This paper introduces the online guidance and software tools developed by the PE100 + Association to help designers, managers and contractors select the appropriate trenchless construction method in the PE100 material pipeline laying and repairing works. The guide covers all PE100 material piping trenchless construction methods and is open to the public free of charge, the guidelines are more practical and user-friendly. This article also describes the EN ISO 11295 standard, which specifies the classification and design requirements for plastic piping systems for pipeline renewal in use. This paper also analyzes the advantages of PE100-RC materials and their different application cases.
