(3) click the "impact" icon to connect the solenoid valve and realize the landing shock.After the shock is controlled by computer, the motor and the electromagnetic clutch are connected, and the pendulum is swung automatically to prepare for the next shock.

(4) click the "put" icon.

The insurance pin returns and the pendulum slowly falls back to the plumb position and automatically stops.

Precautions for the use of pendulum impact testing machine:

1, this machine can choose 300 joules pendulum or 150 joules pendulum, replacing pendulum, need to unscrew the spindle end gland nut loose, reoccupy puller need to change the pendulum, the replacement of the pendulum and to tighten the spindle end gland nut.

2. The contact length of hammer hook and pendulum mechanism of pendulum impact test machine should be about 3-4mm, which should be adjusted by the user.If you need to adjust, move the hook position.

3. The selected energy level should be consistent with the swing hammer used by the equipment.

4. The distance between two pieces of electromagnetic clutch is 1-2mm.The factory has been adjusted.Use units need not be adjusted.

5. The bearing of both ends of the shaft has been refueled when leaving the factory, and the unit does not need to refuel.After repair and cleaning, add 1, 2 drops of sewing machine oil or watch oil.Other power bearings with petroleum jelly or butter.

6. When the pendulum has not hung on the hanging mechanism during the hoisting process, the staff shall not move or work in the swing range of the pendulum to avoid the danger of accidental power failure.

7. After the test, press and hold the pendulum button, and when the pendulum is lowered to the vertical position, loosen the swing button and cut off the power supply.
